Processing Time

• In-stock items: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

• Ordered at Time of Purchase or Special-Order Items: Some products are ordered or produced at the time you place your order. Please allow extra processing time — typically 7–14 business days — before shipping. These items will be noted in the product description.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.

• We ship primarily through USPS and UPS, with tracking provided once your order leaves our facility.

Delivery Estimates

• Standard shipping typically arrives in 3–7 business days after processing.

• Made-to-order items may take longer (up to 3–4 weeks total) depending on production time.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow it to your door.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control, but we’ll always do our best to assist you if an issue arises.
